A desktop–web solution built to streamline daily transactions at an automotive workshop (car dealer) in Jombang, South Tangerang. The application centralizes customer records, work orders, invoice generation, and payment administration so front-office staff can work faster with fewer errors.

What the System Covers

  • Customer & Vehicle Records: unified profiles with service history and contact details.
  • Orders & Services: capture work orders, parts/services used, and status tracking.
  • Invoicing & Payments: generate invoices, record payments, and keep a clean audit trail.
  • Complaints & Follow-ups: log customer issues and track resolutions for better service quality.
  • Daily Stats & Reports: quick views of revenue, ticket counts, and service performance metrics.

My Role
