A lightweight, campaign-only landing page used during the company’s anniversary period. The page invites dine-in customers to register for a birthday gift by submitting their details and a selfie while holding their receipt—designed primarily to support CRM growth and post-campaign engagement.

Goals

  • Capture customer data (name, phone number, social media handles, address) for CRM and remarketing.
  • Verify dine-in participation via a required photo upload (selfie + receipt).
  • Keep it simple and fast so staff and customers can complete the flow in minutes.

Key Features

  • Registration form: essential fields for contact & profiling (name, phone, social media, address).
  • Receipt selfie upload: customers attach a photo holding their purchase receipt as proof.
  • Consent & privacy notice: basic checkbox to acknowledge data usage for campaign/CRM purposes.
  • Confirmation screen: clear “submitted” state with follow-up instructions.

Campaign Flow
